Private villas on the Aegean and Mediterranean coasts, inspected before you arrive, with staff, a chef or a driver if you want them.

A house by a lake, a mansion on the Bosphorus, an apartment for a month or a year. Short and long lets, with contracts, keys and cleaning handled for you.
The note that arrives before you do
Before every stay, the hotel or the villa receives a short note from us. It is the reason the room feels as if it was waiting for you.

Questions
Can you book a hotel I have already chosen?
Yes. Tell us the hotel and we will ask for the room, the arrival and the details you care about.
Do you visit the villas you offer?
We only offer villas that we, or someone we trust on the ground, have seen. We tell you what we found, including what is less than perfect.
Can I stay for a month or longer?
Yes. For longer stays we look at serviced apartments and private homes as well as hotels, and arrange cleaning and a car as needed.
Can you help us buy a home?
We arrange the search, the viewings and introductions to independent lawyers and advisers. We are not an estate agency and take no commission on a sale.
How is it priced?
You receive a clear quote for each stay before anything is booked.
