WeddingsOne day,planned for months.

Waterfront venues, guest travel, florists, music and every hour of the day itself. You enjoy it; we run it.

You should be a guest at your own wedding.

On the day, nobody asks you where the flowers go or which car the grandmother is in. Those questions were answered weeks ago, and someone from our team is holding the list.

Months, weeks, hours

How a wedding comes together with us, from the first visit to the last guest's ride home.

  1. Months before

    The place and the people

    • Venues visited at the hour of the ceremony, to see the light
    • Caterer, florist, music and photographer chosen with you
    • Hotel rooms held for your guests
    • Save-the-dates and a guest list we keep from then on
  2. Weeks before

    Every guest, by name

    • Flights and arrival times collected for each guest
    • Cars and shuttles planned from three airports if needed
    • Menu tastings, final fittings and a full rehearsal of the order of the day
    • A second plan if the weather turns
  3. On the day

    Run from a single page

    • A coordinator with you from the morning
    • Suppliers on site to a timed schedule
    • A transport desk for every guest
    • The last car leaves after the last guest

The wardrobe

The dress, the suit, and what the family wears to the henna night and the wedding itself. We book the ateliers and keep the fitting dates on the same calendar as everything else.

  1. The dress

    Bridal gown

Appointments with designers and ateliers, private viewings, and a fitting plan worked back from the day.

  2. The suit

    Groom and his family

Tailors for the groom, the fathers and the brothers, measured once and fitted on time.

  3. The family

    Evening dresses

Evening wear for mothers, sisters and guests who ask, with ateliers that understand modest cuts.

  4. The henna night

    Traditional dress

Kaftans and henna-night outfits, and the details that go with them.

  5. The morning

    Hair and make-up

A team booked for the bride and the family, in the room, on a timed list.

  6. From abroad

    Fittings in fewer trips

For a bride flying in, fittings grouped into one or two visits, with the hotel and car arranged around them.

Questions

How far ahead should we start?

For a large wedding, as early as you can: the most sought-after venues and dates go first. Smaller weddings can come together in a few months.

We live abroad. Can you plan everything from here?

Yes. We send photographs, video and short notes after every visit, and you come for one or two decisions in person if you wish.

Can you work with a planner we already have?

Yes. We can take on guest travel, hotels and transport alongside your planner, or the whole day.

How is it priced?

Each wedding is quoted line by line, before anything is confirmed.

Tell us the season, and roughly how many.

We will come back with places to see and a first plan for the day.
