Meetings & EventsTwelve chairsor twelve hundred.
Meeting rooms, event venues, gala dinners and congresses, with the hotels, transfers and people around them, under one plan and one contact.
The room is the easy part.
What people remember is everything around it: how they arrived, where they slept, whether the coffee was hot at eight. We plan all of it together.
Choose the size of the room
The work changes with the number of guests. Here is what we take on at three sizes.
A private room that does not feel like a hotel, and a dinner afterwards where nobody can overhear.
The room
A boardroom in a hotel, a private dining room or a yalı on the water, booked for the whole day.
Travel
Flights, fast-track and a car for each guest, timed to their own arrival.
Discretion
Names kept off screens and lists. Staff briefed on what not to say.
The evening
A table booked, the menu agreed, the cars outside when the last guest stands up.
A venue with character, a programme with a rhythm, and a team on the floor who know the plan by heart.
The venue
Palaces, rooftops, museums and Bosphorus mansions, with the permissions that come with them.
Production
Stage, light, sound and screens, with a technical rehearsal the afternoon before.
Guests
Invitations, replies, seating plans and a guest desk at the door.
Hotels and cars
Rooms held near the venue and shuttles that leave on time, both ways.
Several hotels, several halls, several days. One plan, and one person who answers for it.
Halls and rooms
The main hall, breakout rooms and an exhibition area, in a congress centre or a hotel.
Hotel blocks
Rooms held across several hotels, released on time, with one list for every guest.
Airport and transport
Arrival desks at the airports and a transport plan for every session.
People on the day
Hostesses, interpreters, registration staff and a control room that sees everything.
A gala evening, hour by hour
An example of the run-of-show we write for every event. Everyone on the team works from the same page.

Final walk-through
Light, sound and the seating plan checked in the room, with the venue manager beside us.
- 18:30
Cars leave the hotels
Every guest is collected at a set time. The desk knows who is in which car.
- 19:15
Arrivals
Coats taken, names checked quietly, tea, coffee and sherbet served before the first speech.
- 20:00
Dinner is served
Courses timed to the programme, not the other way round.
- 22:30
Music
The room changes for the second half of the evening, without anyone noticing it happen.
- 00:30
The last car
Nobody waits outside. The last guest is home before the team leaves the room.

Questions
How early should we start?
For a meeting, a few weeks is often enough. For a gala or a congress, the earlier the better: the best venues and hotel blocks go first.
Do you work with our own agency or production team?
Yes. We can take on the whole event, or only the parts you hand to us: hotels, transport, or the guests' travel.
Can you organise events outside Istanbul?
Yes, across Türkiye and in the Gulf, the Levant, North Africa, Georgia, Cyprus, London, Austria and Australia.
How is it priced?
Each event is quoted on its scope, line by line, before anything is confirmed.
Give us a date and a number.
How many guests, roughly when, and what the event is for. We will come back with venues and a plan.
