A fair is won or lost before it opens. Hotel rooms near the venue go first, shipping has deadlines, and the stand builder needs answers early. We keep that calendar for you.

Fairs in Istanbul's exhibition centres and in other cities across Türkiye. Tell us the fair and the dates and we will work to its calendar.

We already have a stand builder. Can you still help?

Yes. Many clients ask us only for hotels, transfers and interpreters, or for someone on site to supervise their own builder.

Can you help visitors, not only exhibitors?

Yes. Delegations visiting a fair need hotels, cars and meetings arranged just as much.

How is it priced?

You receive a quote for each part of the work before anything is confirmed.
